What's for dinner?

Not fish! That's for sure.

I can't believe that my dish (I think it might actually be yours Mom--sorry) did this last night while I was baking fish.

I went to check on it and found it like this.

Talk about scrambling to make something else.

Has that ever happened to anyone else?

Oh wow! I've never had that happen while it was baking in the oven. A month or so ago, though, I had used a glass baking dish to bake some chicken. When it was done, I put the chicken on a plate and put the pan in the sink. I guess the hot pan & the cold sink reacted or something because it shattered into 100s of tiny pieces.

Scared the heck out of me, but luckily our dinner was safely plated on the counter!

Hey,

I've been a fan for awhile but decided to finally write in :)

That has actually happened to me as well. I've even put a hot glass in cold water and had it splinter. No fun. Sorry!!!

My hubby and I are trying to decide what to do with our soon to be born baby's cord blood.

We've been using this site for info: www.publiccordbloodbanks.org , but thought it might be good to get a human perspective.

Just thought I'd float the idea by you for a post.

All the best!!!
